I’m Chris Kirkman, and as a lifelong resident of the beautiful Lake Norman area, I have insight into what this little piece of paradise has to offer. When we first meet to go over what you expect in a property search, I’ll ask a ton of questions to gain insight into what you must have, such as a set number of bedrooms or bathrooms, and things you would like to have, if possible, but are perhaps not as critical if everything else were to fall into place. The idea is to look at the major items that would be difficult, if not impossible, to change later. I also learn where your expectations for compromise are. Would you agree to smaller square footage if the location was spot on or there was room to put an addition on later? Could you be a bit further from your job location if everything else about the house worked for you? In a nutshell, I learn what you want down to the smallest details so that I can conduct the most effective property search.
